I know this doesn't look quite as appetizing as the pictured recipe (seen here), but this was so easy to make last night AND it tasted pretty darn good on a junior plain bagel this morning. The biggest difference was using Neufchatel instead of cream cheese (I wanted to save a few calories) and I think she used a blender. I just hand mixed, so it came out a little lumpy. Make some lumps to save some humps. I can deal with that ;)

PS. Saved about 3 tablespoons of the open jar of pureed pumpkin to make THIS!
