Falling for Squash

Did I mention I love fall? The roomies and I have been trying some new dinners, and I thought I'd share this one from the other night. It's a butternut squash and cheese ravioli dinner. Delish! Next time I'll add some crumbled sausage for another flavor, but this guy couldn't have been easier to make. Recipe is at Woman's Day magazine (September issue, and yes I read Woman's Day).

Then, yesterday I had my normal instant oats, but added 2 tablespoons of Libby's pumpkin puree to the mix. Throw a little cinnamon on top and this dish is like autumn in a mug! Now all I need are cool weather and tall boots, and you can call me content.
