Goodbye, Summer!

As an end of summer celebration, we made sauteed squash last week. Zucchini, tomatoes, and squash, oh my!

Then, last night I made this barbecued stuffed pork loin with some guidance from my momma :) Generally speaking, though, I did it all by myself. Holler! It's the last hurrah for summer meals, as far as I'm concerned.

GOOD riddance, summer. HAPPY FALL!
