Healthy (and Filling) Breakfast

I was surprised that not everyone has tried this amazing combo (my coworker was quite perplexed), so thought I'd toss it up here for public debate.

For breakfast this morning I had a piece of wheat toast with peanut butter and sliced banana. I was surprised how long I stayed full! Maybe it was the peanut (v. Sunflower) butter or the addition of the bananas, but toast usually doesn't hold me over longer than an hour or two. Time to jump outside my comfort zone and try this winning combo with other fruit! If that's not living on the edge, then I don't know what is!
