Healthy Living: Seafood Lunch

In an effort to eat healthier, I walked to the closest restaurant (at the BWI Marriott) and grabbed their Bay salad. Crab + scallops + shrimp + Old Bay vinaigrette : Delish AND healthy. Just wish I had some more veggies (like tomatoes?) to mop up the rest of the dressing.
