This was my dinner last night. Keeping the Christmas spirit alive! :) Although, after one jalapeno I had to remove them from my meal. I guess I like them pickled? Anyway, not a bad way to start the errands for the evening: unpack, clean house, and watch Downton Abbey. I'm having two friends over tonight for dinner. My first go-round at entertaining in the new place. Hope it goes well!
